About Kodak Tennessee

Kodak TN is an up-and-coming area, located immediately to the right as you exit I-40 at exit 407 coming in from Knoxville. It boasts quiet residential areas with mountain views, abundant trees, and a rural feel. Furthermore, if you are looking for a second home, investment property or permanent resident, you may get the most for your money in this area!

Still, it is just a jump on the expressway to reach Knoxville or Asheville NC. There is ongoing development of the area including the Bridgemont development at Dumplin Valley which will include retail and residential properties. Kodak is home to the Bass Pro Shop, the Smoky Mountain Knifeworks, the Great Smoky Mountain Flea Market and many other outlets that can only be described as emporiums and are practically day trips in and of themselves.

Kodak is geologically varied as well – some parts very mountainous, some parts with huge, flattened out plains, and some parts being riverside to the French Broad River that prominently cuts through the area. Kodak connects to Knoxville, Sevierville and Dandridge through its highway connections.
