The people are friendly, the cost of living is low, and the scenery is absolutely magnificent no matter the season. I grew up in Marion, NC and graduated from McDowell High in 2001. After graduating, a change of scenery was in order so some friends and I moved to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I bar tended my way through school where I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee having majored in Theatre and minored in Cinema Studies. You might’ve seen me on Law & Order SVU or Homicide Hunter a few times. I became a REALTOR in Sevier County, Tennessee and have been very successful over the past few years helping families find their forever homes and investors to find their Smoky Mountain vacation rental properties. I have been fortunate to help many first time home buyers find the perfect starting point for their young families as well as help many relocate to the Smokies as part of their retirement dreams.
