As local real estate experts it is our job to provide everyday information on a regular basis to those who are considering relocating to our area. Times have changed most certainly in the Smokies. There are many more options than there used to be and thank goodness as there are many more people in the area that need to be served with food and transportation options.
Relocating to the Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg area can be a bit of a surprise if you have never lived in what might be considered a tourist location. However, there are many communities and neighborhoods and things to know as you get to the know the area and soon you will see it is a small town area.

"Save time and money during your stay when you catch a ride on one of our Pigeon Forge trolleys! Once you get to Pigeon Forge, you can relax and leave the driving to us. Pigeon Forge Mass Transit trolleys travel to more than 200 official stops in Pigeon Forge, as well as select locations in Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Many of the area’s local attractions, restaurants and even several lodging options are located along one of the Pigeon Forge’s trolley routes, making it easy for travelers to quickly get to the locations they want to visit."
Daily 8:00am - Midnight, March through the first week of January.
Daily 10:00am - 10:00pm, January through the first week of March.
Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
"Main Street transit run every 20 to 25 minutes. Wears Valley transits run every 40 to 45 minutes. Dollywood transits run every 15 to 20 minutes. Dolly’s Splash Country transits run every 15 to 20 minutes. Gatlinburg Welcome Center transits run every 25 to 30 minutes. These times may vary due to traffic flow during peak tourism days, car shows and holiday weekends."
