Enjoy an Active Retirement in the Smoky Mountains

For those who seek an active retirement, the Smoky Mountains might be for you! With the Great Smoky Mountain National Park at the very edge of the three communities Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, many find this area to be an exciting place to retire.
Using a home for an STR is always an option if you live in such an area as the Smokies with such high visitation each year. One idea is to purchase a home that is used as an STR until you are ready to retire and live in full time. Our group of local real estate experts can guide you through these ideas.
Others love the area for the recreational opportunities the Great Smoky Mountains bring. Hiking and birding, wildflower hunting and fishing are all things that are easily available in the park.
There are many outfitter stores in the area to help you get started in a recreational lifestyle. We will provide some info on a few!
